My little guy (or girl i really don't know yet...) hasn't been measured yet.. but he ( i'm guessing) is probably about a foot and a half long.. the pic of the tank he's in is only a 10 gal.. soo... that may give more perspective..

How rare is a "full Stripe" ball?? when i hold him tonight i'll try to get a full length pic of his back for everyone so see how pretty he is

I am not sure how rare they are but I am sure tmmpin could probably tell you since he breeds ball pythons.

I'm not going to try to guess how rare or common it is.
All I can say is that some stripes are a fluke and others are genetic. If I remember right the clown has a stripe. Also, you have the genitic stripe (kind of a fake sounding name). I want to say there is a third one out there but I can't remember for sure.

Can't really say how rare the full stripe is but I can tell you how much the price of one is compared to a normal.

Normal Royal python 50
Full stripe normal 250

Bit of a price jump...lol

The guy that sold Ruby to me wouldn't sell the one with the stripe.

Here is a web site with some great examples of genetic stripes.

NERD has a lot going on for them.

Nice pictures tmmpin. Yeah TaRawr I am not sure if this answered your question about how rare it is but at least this gives you an ideal. So now I must ask our resident breeder tmmpin......if TaRawr wanted to produce some snakes that looked like the ones in the picture what type of snake would she need to breed her current snake with?

The ones I posted the link for, you would need another genetic stripe or one that is het for genetic stripe.
