Default Pregnant or not?

Can someone help me with the tell-tale signs to look for when trying to establish if your boa is pregnant or not. Sally is a 3 year old red-tail.

Red face

She will swell up during ovulation (VERY noticeable), she will STOP eating (in most cases) and will not want to be moved especially in later stages. She will deliver (depending on locality) in 6-10 months! Every once in a while they will drop a litter and surprise you... my KSB just did that!
