I've had Mimi for about two months now. She's settled in well. Loves her cage, she's always exploring and climbing around ((FINALLY ... I gave her a new tree to climb on and she never used it. She stayed curled up in the bottom corner, now she's getting active lmao!)). She's very sweet and handleable. Not nippy at all like babies tend to be ...

Snappy is seriously the most beautiful wild caught snake I've seen so far :O

Mimi sounds like a healthy snake, maybe still settling in to her new surroundings and coming out of a semi-hibernation from winter. I hope that she eats for you soon

Yes, Snappy has some beautiful colouring. So many beautiful wild snakes around here that I would love to keep but can't.

Yeah, she stayed curled up inside her hide box most of the time she was with me. She didn't like captivity.

Lol, that ****s ... Pretty sure we're allowed to keep any wild caught reptiles around here, but we need permits for the venomous ones ...

The only place around here where we can get venomous ones are if we go to the swamps on the Reservation...other than that, we don't have any here in NY.
Just your usual grass/garden/corn/milk...harmless ones.
