Default House fire kills 40 pet snakes

This is very sad. I saw the news last night, a house fire kills 40 pet snakes. The guy managed to save one, but the rest perished along with a collection of rats he was breeding for them. Click on to the link below to follow the story.

Oh man...that is terrible. At least none of the people were hurt, though.
Only four months...

so sad, Thank God the dog woke them up. it's a miracle no people got hurt or died. with having the amount of snakes I do, I worry about electrical fires happening, so my husband put in an fire alarm that is monitored by a company, it does cost us $21 a month to have it monitored, but well worth it to me to have that peace of mind.

That doesn't seem to be too much for the extra security.

Yeah for sure, always a good piece of mind.

At least they managed to save one snake...........I'd rename him "Lucky"

That's really unfortunate. I can't imagine what I would do if anything happened to my pets.

Yeah sometimes when I wire up heat bulbs I get concerned that I may do something wrong and a short out may cause a fire and burn my beloved pets.
