I think that I'll look around for some artificial terrain. Since the climate down here is getting colder, I have removed their "swimming pool" and the enclosure seems to expose them a bit.

I always thought that Capret Pythons loved hanging out in the open? Compared to their very shy Royal Cousins.

Still considering the idea of fake plants both makes an enclosure look more pleasing to both owner and enhabitant.

I had some fake vines with my redtail when he was still little, found out not to put little snakes in with plants bigger then them. He wrapped himself into it and I couldn't pull him out. I had to wait for him to come out for a meal. As soon as that happened I pulled the vines out.

saffron likes to get into the vines on the ground (sorta like ivy)... hard to get her out if she gets more than a couple of feet...

My Ruby loves to hide. I don't know why, but she loves to curl up in a small place for days, however Serge is social, he is always happy to greet you when you get home. So I guess it's ruby that will appreciate the fake foliage.
