Default Any tips to get my 3yr old Corn snake to eat?

My snake has stopped eating. His behavior is normal and he still looks healthy, etc. After skipping several feedings, I took him to the vet. She said he was very healthy and I should just keep trying to get him to eat. When I put the mice in his tank he seems interested and looks like he'll eat, but ends up leaving it. I have also tried different size mice to see if this would work. I think he is stressed because I bought him a larger tank and he has only eaten once since then. I was told that he wouldn't grow much larger unless I got a larger tank (I went from a 20 gallon to a 60 gallon). I am thinking of putting him back in his old tank to see if he'll eat. Maybe it was too much of a change all at once?? I have never had any problems with him previously. I'm getting really worried...
