Too bad there wasn't a way to have a posting like that for new people to see when ever they first join or visit the forum.

good sticky material..

..I've seen it at other forums.. a place for new members to pop in and introduce themselves.. instead of hoping someone just notices they're new when they post in a running thread or start one.. lets us see them begin and greet them properly.. sets a good tone..

Hello everyone, outlaw2747 here (real name's Dante) and I am glad to be a part of a forum with like minded people. I am a proud owner of a male Californian Kingsnake named Xemnas, an apricot Pueblan Milksnake named Zelda, a hypomelanistic gopher snake named Xavier, and a wonderful beared dragon named Ghidorah. I hope to share my critters with you all and exchange information about these wonderful animals.

We have a small group of similarly like minded (aka crazy) people.

If you notice, the forum has over 22,000 members of which less than 100 are regular members... this is due to the fact that over 21,000 people have refused to take our suggestions seriously and have since been eaten.
