thanks!!! she is Great ... funny... and looney too!! :lol: although i must admit that i didnt understand the word bewdy... (translation please).. trust me, i did search for it on dictionary.com!...

the funny story about mixing her type is because when my guy called me and asked me if i apreciate a snake as a gift for my 30th birthday... i automatically agreed... then he started trying to describe the snakes infront of him for me to choose!!...
meanwhile i browsed the net... and have actually listened to Gary's advise on his section of getting the right snake... called my guy and screamed BALL PYTHON!!! get me a BALL PYTHON... this is the one for beginners!!!...

so here i am with a "Ball Python" at home.... got bitten once infact... which made me a little bit scared of her.. leading me to go to the pet-store and ask the man there to let me hold his snakes, and teach me how to pick her up, and overcome my fear..

and i found one just like wisey... and discovered that most of the time my guy seems that he doesnt really hear me when i speak to him!!!! :roll:
he got me a King Snake....

now she approachs me behind the glass when i talk to her... and let me caress her while she stand still on the bottom of her cage.. hopefully i will pick it up tonight....

Nice looking snake From looking at the pictures and comparing them to others it looks like you have a rather pretty Prairie Kingsnake....only slightly different to a Royal Python....lol

Bewdy = Beauty...Aussie style.....lol

Good looking snake you got. A little bit away from the ball but it is still a good beginner snake to have. Just don't put another snake with it.

Wow n.n all your snakes are so photogenic! D=

Animals don't like to be photogenic for me, so IF I get to post a picture up here when I get my snake, it'd be lucky xD

I do have some pictures of a few venomous beauties I'd love to have though >.> ... Oh ... If only <.< .... They're not my pets ... But ... I feel I have to share the beauty of the dark side xD

The first one is a Copperhead. They're very pretty D= I wish to Goodness I could have one.

The second is a rattlesnake. He was so big <33

And the third one is a Cottonmouth ... playing hide n seek

Like I said, of course they aren't mine, but they are captive snakes >w< I had to take pictures. I fell in love. Even though the rattlesnake tried to eat through the glass to get at me D=

I'm not a fan of "hot" snakes. I do like how some of them look but would never willingly let one in my house.

Great pictures of Saffron, what is he burrowing in?

I found some fake plants someone threw out on a jobsite... cleaned 'em up with some bleach solution and rinsed them off.. she seems to like it.. plus they're easy to clean... since switching to the new water dish and adding the tree limb/plants, it's looking pretty cool in her enclosure, yet still easy to maintain.. which is what I need to do today.. :roll:
