Default dinner, well maybe! or just roomies???

Should I be concerned that they are becoming friends

At least she is stalking or curious at best!

I know its early, but No one knows when the last time they ate or what. Maybe they were feed f/t???
Does the size of the pups look like an appropriate size for them?

Lol!!! How cute!! They're cuddling XD! But you just got them. They're probably stressed out from the shipping. Give them time before feeding them. They'll eat eventually.

Yes they were cuddling
No rats...really?!!! How do they know they all look the same I know there probably stressed, but I hate being hungry so not knowing when they last ate makes me feel bad! lol

Denny and I talked about this already, but what do you think about African Soft Furred? Reading about these picky eaters almost everyone says that they snatch them right up.

Yep, no rats. The smells are all different, and believe it or not, I've had some snakes that refused to accept anything but plain white mice. They were literally color picky.

ASFs are evil bastards D:< if you feed them, feed them dead. They bite the piss out of anything that moves! But yes, ball pythons do tend to like them very much.

Yeah, they may be easier to raise than regular rats. Regular rats ****. Don't get those. Males stink pretty bad.

Since those little guys were pups they would probably be dead in the AM so Hogie had a little snack! I dropped them in his cage a snatched one up already, he is now smelling for the other.

First time I fed him in there dont want to make it a habit. The substrate is not an issue and I know this has been debated over and over, but if I dont smell like food will he get use to eating in there and think my hand is food over time?

Cool

Wow, $11 is expensive. The place where I get the mice for Lucy they cost about $1.50 or so each. And when I get them, I will usually get 8 at a time and keep them in the freezer. The ones they have been getting have been small, so I have been feeding her two at a feeding. But, if they are bigger I only give her the one.
