Default Buffalo News Article

Hey guys!
I was reading the New York Buffalo News paper tonight and they had this article about how scientists are doing research on reptiles and learning new things about how their brains work. They said that the old idea of reptiles having "primitive" brains is starting to shift and experiments with mazes and such as showing results.
Any of us could have told them that reptiles have more to them then what was originally thought! People who like furry pets have no idea that reptiles have the same experiences...people look at me like I'm crazy when I tell then I cuddle up with Lucy! She's less dangerous than a dog or a cat.
I was happy to see some validation for some of the things I've noticed with her

it's true all my snakes have there own personalities and they definatly recognize me as there care giver.
my jungle carpet python hates to potty in her cage she will hold it and when she wants out of her cage she actually bangs [gently] her head on her glass door. as soon as I open her door she climbs on me and I bring her to the room I let her crawl around and I hold her tail over newspaper and she'll go potty.

My wife told me that I have the personality of a snake, I am patient, calculating, cautious, and decisive. Maybe they should experiment on me too.
