Thanks Roy it's great to be back. I miss talking with people who share my passion for snakes because within my inner circle nobody wants to even touch Big Hurt.

Great setup. Looks like Big Hurt grew a little.

This seems to have been the week for folks to be returning to the forum!

Thanks guys. Yeah Big Hurt has grown tremendously as he is approximately 40 inches long and weighs 1,447 grams. I have worked on his cage setup numerous times over the past months and have finally got it perfect. I will have to post a full picture of the entire setup so that you guys can see it. For those of you that remember I have always kept Big Hurt in a natural setup and now he is in the most natural setup without using real plants. Once again I must say that it is great to be back and I look forward to talking with everyone again.

Thanks Christy. I try my best in keeping him happy and healthy. You should post some new pictures of your friends. I am sure they have grown a lot as well

I wonder why it is that most people on here say that friends and family have stopped visiting since they've gotten a snake, but my friends and family absolutely LOVE my snakes =/ If anything, I'd have thought my family would be the scared ones. My little sister hates snakes, but some of her little friends even like them.

Glad to hear that your family and friends understand your love of snakes lovesnuffles. I keep Big Hurt in my office in the basement so I really don't have to worry about anybody being freaked out about him. But whenever I bring him out and upstairs people don't want anything to do with him. Although I do have to say that my wife has learned to accept him and that makes it easier.
